Todoist is the #1 task manager I’ve tried.  Here’s a few that I’ve checked out:

  • Google Keep
  • remember the milk
  • Wunderlist
  • Simplenote
  • Evernote

From what I’ve seen, you get serious value for money from Todoist.  It’s advanced enough to be used for a range of things:

  1. Task list (including Kanban boards)
  2. Project management
  3. Notes
  4. Website favourites (yes, all my fav webpages get saved in here)
